Preorders are final, but we’ve got you covered.
Cancellations: You can cancel your preorder for a full refund anytime before April 1, 2025. After that, cancellations are no longer accepted as we begin preparing orders for shipment.
Refunds: If your order hasn’t shipped yet and you need to cancel, contact us at Sales@lumenaryinc.com before the deadline.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged unit, we’ll replace it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
Non-Refundable Items: Once your preorder has shipped, it’s non-refundable unless covered under warranty.
